We collect only the minimum of data needed to handle requests and protect your account. No trackers, no advertising cookies, no passwords.

Data and storage

  • Account and sign-in: your email address is used only to send one-time sign-in codes and notifications about your requests. No passwords are stored.
  • Requests and payments: cargo details, messages with our desk and the public hashes of on-chain transactions are kept to fulfil orders.
  • No tracking: no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Only basic technical cookies for the session and language.
  • Deletion: you can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time on the account page.
