Prices, data and documents on this site are for information only. Nothing here is a binding offer or a contract of sale, and it should not be relied on for trading or shipping decisions.
Quotes
A quote is an estimate worked out from public data as it was read on the dates shown next to it. It holds only for the moment you see it: when you send a request, the price is worked out again, and if it has changed, no request is made until you look at the new one.
Requests and confirmation
Sending a request asks our desk to confirm a price; it is not a purchase. The desk may confirm it, with a discount or surcharge of at most 25% of the quoted total and a note that explains it, or decline it with a reason. Documents name the delivery term CIF, discharge port (Incoterms 2020).
Payment
You pay a confirmed request in your account, in cryptocurrency, on the networks and coins offered on the payment page. The amount is shown there and held for 20 minutes. A payment counts once the site has found the exact amount on the network with enough confirmations; the desk can also record a payment by hand. If Bitcoin is offered, it is the real Bitcoin network: a transfer is real money and cannot be undone. We never ask for a bank transfer or a card.
Cancelling
You can cancel a request from your account until payment starts. After that, the desk can call the deal off, and it always gives a reason.
Documents
Quotes, proforma invoices and sales contracts summarise your request. They are not valid for banks, customs or any authority; do not present them as such.
Your account
One account per email address; whoever can read the mailbox can sign in, so keep it safe. Company details you enter with a request are printed on its documents, so enter only a company you are entitled to act for. The desk may block an account that misuses the site, for example with spam or attempts to break in; blocking ends its sessions at once. You can delete your account yourself.
